My Triple Grip fountain pen does not work properly. What should I do?

When I sharpen my pencils the point keeps breaking off. What should I do?
The graphite core in our pencils is very well glued. If you use it carefully, it should not break. Make sure though that you always use a good, sharp pencil sharpener!
How can I remove fountain pen ink from clothing?
Most bruynzeel-sakura products wash out easily or can be erased. Look on the back of the packaging where you will find instructions on how to remove the stain. Lost the packaging?
Here are the main tips for removing stains:
1.Use an eraser pen or Super Corrector. Erase the fountain pen ink with an eraser pen or a Super Corrector, then wash the clothing as normal according to the washing instructions.
2.Soak first, then wash Leave the clothing to soak in a pre-wash detergent, and then wash according to the washing instructions. The hotter the water, the better the result. With some stains you may have to wash the item several times.
3.Stains on furnishings Treat the stain with soapsuds and ox-gall soap. If this doesn´t work, alcohol or benzine can be used as a final resort. Check though that such aggressive products will not damage the fabric by testing first on an inconspicuous area. An alternative is to treat the stain with buttermilk, which can certainly be used on clothing.
Attention: There may always be special fabrics from which the stain can never be entirely removed.
